Question 1

How long will my order take to arrive?

Accepted Answer

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day leave the studio the same day. Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad typically receive within 2–3 working days; the rest of Pakistan within 3–5. Anything personalised takes longer, and the exact window is shown on the product page before you order.

Question 2

Is delivery free?

Accepted Answer

Standard delivery is free on orders of ₨2,500 and above. Below that it is ₨250 nationwide. Express delivery, where available, is ₨450 and is not covered by the free-delivery threshold.

Question 3

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

You will receive a tracking number by SMS and email as soon as the courier collects. You can also check the status at any time using your order number on the order lookup page — no account needed.

Question 4

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cash on delivery, nationwide. You pay the rider when the parcel reaches you. A ₨100 handling charge applies, and we call to confirm every order before it is dispatched. Mobile-wallet payment is coming shortly.

Question 5

Is it safe to pay online?

Accepted Answer

Nothing. Orders are cash on delivery, so we never ask for a card number, a mobile-account PIN or any other payment credential — there is no payment detail for us to store, because we never receive one.

Question 6

What is your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

Fifteen days from delivery, unworn, in the original box with tags attached. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will arrange collection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the item reaching us. Personalised pieces such as initial pendants cannot be returned, and we state that on those product pages before you order.

Question 7

What if something arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

Photograph it before removing it from the box and send the photo to us the same day. We replace damaged items outright — no return shipment required, no argument. This is rare, but it is entirely our problem when it happens.

Question 8

What does the gift packaging include?

Accepted Answer

Every order, at every price, arrives in the signature champagne box with a fitted insert, a hand-tied satin ribbon and a blank card. Adding gift wrap at checkout for ₨250 adds an outer sleeve, a wax seal, and your message written by hand onto the card rather than left blank.

Question 9

Can you send it directly to the recipient without prices?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and prices are hidden by default whenever you mark an order as a gift — the packing slip shows the items and your message, never the amounts. Enter the recipient's address as the delivery address and your own email for the confirmation.

Question 10

What does anti-tarnish actually mean?

Accepted Answer

It means the plating is sealed, so skin oil, sweat and water cannot reach the metal underneath and dull it. In practice, an anti-tarnish piece survives handwashing and daily wear where an unsealed one goes patchy within a season. It is not indestructible — take it off before swimming, because chlorine strips any plating faster than anything else.

Question 11

How do I look after kundan and enamel pieces?

Accepted Answer

Keep both completely dry. Water gets behind a kundan stone and lifts the foil permanently, which cannot be repaired. Enamel chips on impact rather than wearing away, so store those pieces in the pouch provided rather than loose in a bag. Wipe both with a dry cloth only — never a liquid cleaner.

Question 12

Do you make personalised pieces?

Accepted Answer

Initial pendants are available in the necklace collection. For anything beyond that — a specific colourway, a matched set, or a bulk order for a family event — email hello@creationalworld.com with what you have in mind and roughly when you need it. We will tell you honestly whether it is something our studio should be taking on.
