Shipping & Returns

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day leave the studio the same day. Orders after that, or on a Sunday, go out the next working day.

Anything personalised — initial pendants, made-to-order colourways — takes longer. The extra time is stated on the product page before you order, not after.

Standard delivery is free on orders of ₨2,500 and above, and ₨250 below that. It takes 3–5 working days nationwide.

Express delivery is ₨450 and reaches Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi in 1–2 working days. It is not covered by the free-delivery threshold.

Within Lahore, orders placed before 1pm can be delivered by rider the same evening for ₨350.

A tracking number is sent by SMS and email as soon as the courier collects. You can also look up any order with its number and the email address it was placed with — no account required.

Fifteen days from delivery. The piece must be unworn and in the box it arrived in, with any tags still attached.

Message us on WhatsApp at +92 306 1233242 with your order number and we will arrange collection. You do not need to arrange or pay for a courier yourself.

Refunds are issued within five working days of the piece reaching us, by bank transfer or mobile-wallet transfer to the account of your choice — just tell us which you prefer when you arrange the return.

Personalised pieces — initial pendants, engraved work, custom colourways — cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty. This is stated on those product pages before you order.

Earrings can be returned only if the hygiene seal is unbroken. This is a health requirement rather than a preference.

Photograph it before removing it from the box and send the photo the same day. We replace damaged items outright — no return shipment, no argument, no restocking fee.

This is rare, and when it happens it is entirely our problem rather than yours.
