Terms

Creational World, Studio 4, Gulberg III, Lahore 54000, Pakistan. Contact: info@creationalworld.com, +92 306 1233242.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable tax. The price charged is the price shown at checkout, calculated on our server — not a figure supplied by your browser.

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed, or, for cash on delivery, when we confirm it by phone. Until then we may decline it, for example if stock has genuinely run out between your order and our confirmation.

Stock figures on this site are real counts held in the studio. In the rare case that an item sells out between your order and dispatch, we will contact you and refund in full immediately — we will not substitute a different piece without asking.

Our pieces are plated rather than solid precious metal, and we say so on every product page. Materials, finish and dimensions are described as accurately as we can.

Hand-set and hand-finished pieces vary slightly between examples. Colour also varies between screens. Neither counts as a fault, though both are covered by the ordinary returns policy if a piece is not what you expected.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Pakistani consumer law.

Our returns policy is more generous than the legal minimum, and we apply it as written rather than looking for reasons not to.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, not a later one.
