When you place an order: your name, delivery address, phone number and email address. We need all four to get a parcel to you and to tell you where it is.

When you subscribe to the letter: your email address, and the fact that you consented.

When you contact us: whatever you write, plus your email address so we can reply.

Any payment credential at all. Orders are cash on delivery, so there is no card number, no mobile-account PIN and no gateway login for us to receive in the first place.

We do not store payment credentials of any kind, because we never receive them.

The courier receives your name, address and phone number, because otherwise they cannot deliver.

The payment gateway receives the order amount and reference.

Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, share or trade customer data, and we do not run advertising trackers that pass your details to third parties.

We email you about your order because you placed one. That is not marketing and you cannot opt out of it while an order is in progress.

The newsletter is separate and entirely opt-in. The box is never pre-ticked. Every letter has a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing is immediate rather than 'within 10 working days'.

Order records are kept for seven years, which is the retention period tax rules require.

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for two years.

To see what we hold about you, or to have it removed where we are not legally required to keep it, email info@creationalworld.com. We will respond within seven days.

Your bag and saved pieces are stored in your own browser rather than on our servers, which is why they survive a refresh but do not follow you to another device.

We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
